It is 1939 - the Nazi playbook and Trump

In 1925 Hitler turned his personal bodyguard into a more organized unit which would become the SS which was tasked with protecting Hitler from the anti-fascist opposition and with carrying out the final solution - the holocaust. Because of world sentiment Trump can only expel in masse the new enemy - brown people, which he is doing with the typical brutality of the SS.

Trump is also beginning the rhetoric to justify his invasion of other countries using the same kind of language as Hitler. He took the German speaking Sudetenland in 1938 justifying it in the same way Trump does in his vision of Canada. There were skirmishes elsewhere until in 1939 Hitler invaded Poland.

It is very clear that in ICE Trump is creating his SS, brutal and deadly, creating fear of Trump and his MAGA minions. He will attempt to use the regular military to invade Greenland, Canada, Venezuela and Mexico somehow thinking that the world will do as little to stop him as they did to prevent Hitler's invasion of Poland and western Europe.

By 1939 the SS was a massive organization headed by dedicated Nazi's, just as ICE is headed by right wing fascist MAGA fanatics. Note here this is all being done with taxpayer dollars. Trump has invaded Venezuela creating a puppet regime just like the Vichy in France. He has called upon our military to formulate a plan for invading Greenland. They have balked at this much as the German traditional military did. They capitulated.

We must force our Congress to take away funding from ICE and restrict what it can be used for including making ICE obey state laws and ordinances regarding policing. We must demand our military keep to the Code of Military justice and not engage in any activity which is illegal by treaties, laws, and Congressional acts aimed at preventing this imperialist abuse of American power.

This year there will, hopefully be a major election. This year we fight back. Vote. Vote - blue! Keep in mind that at a certain point our founding fathers had to make the choice of declaring independence and taking up arms. If Trump interferes with the ability of American to an unfettered vote, we may have to make that very same choice.
